Standards for Training Organization Assessment
  1. Stage 1. Organization's Appropriateness
    Law observance
    - Details of administrative disposition (1 ~ 20 points deduction depending on disposal level)
    - Wage delay and minimum wage violation (10 points deduction per person)
    Financial soundness
    - Delinquency in national and local tax (10 points deduction each)
    - Credit level (total capital impairment, upto 10 points depending on personal credit score)
    Cancellation requirement of multi year's accreditation
    1. Immediate grade adjustment and exclusion of benefits if a certain level of deduction factors are found in organization’s
    appropriateness evaluation

    - 10 pts or more deduction then grade is adjusted

    - 20 pts or more then accreditation is withheld

    2. If training performance is below certain level
